In 1974, Carolina Burglar started by selling heat detectors and fire systems. Over the years we have expanded to include security and smart home automation, but have never gotten away from what built this company.
We take care of everything so you don’t have to. From control panel and keypads, to pull stations, smoke detectors, and sirens; our Technicians will install a turnkey ready system.
We will schedule routine inspections (typically annually) to test your system and replace/repair any faulty equipment and provide a System Inspection Sheet for your records.
Our monitoring station provides 24/7 monitoring of your system.
We do not install sprinkler systems but provide the monitoring for the riser once installed.
Since inspections require us to set off the alarm multiple times, it can be inconvenient. Therefore, we will work with you to schedule during a time that minimizes impact to operations.
For the inspections, we will put the alarm in test and activate every sensor and pull station to ensure proper operation.
We will always have someone available to support a Fire Marshal visit/inspection. We just ask that these are coordinated ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
